Sidewalks
The District does not own, maintain, or repair sidewalks. Areas containing sidewalks may also contain District water and sewer facilities, but the sidewalks themselves are not owned or maintained by the District. Sidewalk upkeep is the property owner's responsibility. Questions about a specific sidewalk should go to your plat, your HOA, or the County.
Water or Sewer Concerns
If you suspect a problem with your water or sewer service, please contact a licensed plumber first. Most issues originate in the plumbing on the customer's side of the meter, which the property owner maintains. If your plumber determines the problem is on the District's side of the meter, contact the District's operator and we will respond.
