Fox Run Waterline Rehabilitation Project:
UPDATE (March 13, 2024):
The pipe bursting project on Fox Run is now complete. Restoration of yards has started and will be completed within two weeks. Concrete repairs will be completed by the end of the month.
ORIGINAL:
The water line rehabilitation project has been a major effort in the neighborhood since May of 2023. Our contractors have been working diligently to continue to provide water to residents with minimal outages and interruptions in day-to-day life. This project includes replacement of over 21,000 linear feet of 6, 8, and 12-inch waterline. Estimated completion of the project is end of March 2024 including restoration of the area and the addition of sidewalks and ramps.
Fieldhouse Utility Extension
Recently completed, This project took place October 2023-January 2024. This included an extension of 665 linear feet of 8-inch waterline and 840 linear feet of 3-inch sanitary sewer force main to bring utility service to the Fieldhouse development.
